Terms & Conditions
- The event pack will be picked up from a designated location prior to the event. Further details and specific logistics about the event on the day will be sent to participants via email.
- Ticket Holders are entitled to park inside Manoel Island, just show your wristband at security.
- If you haven’t pre-purchased your ticket or picked up your goody pack please arrive at 9am to ensure you are on time for the start. You will need to part outside the fort and walk in if you don’t have a wristband on the day.
- No food and drink besides water and isotonic drinks are allowed inside the Fort. Please help us to keep the environment clean by tidying up after yourself.
- This is a non-smoking event. If you do need to smoke please do it outside of the event area and dispose of your butts in the designated areas.
- Mobile toilet facilities will be available on site • By participating in the event you consent to use using and sharing video and photography for marketing purposes. Having said that, should there be a particular image you feel strongly against just let us know.
- We will be using the provided email address to update you about the event and following that, inform you about our future events by Hellfire Events. If you want to opt out of this list, you can unsubscribe at any time.
- There will be limited space for a bag drop so kindly leave your belongings in your car or keep them with you if you can. If you do bring a bag you can leave it with our team at the registration desk, however any items left there are at your own risk.
- You must wear the official white t-shirt for the event and capture your unique colour blend on camera at the end of the run!
- We advise you to wear the tube scarfs provided over your head or around your neck. It might come in handy when there is a lot of powder in the air.
- During the event, police will keep the traffic away and Rescue and First Aid Crew are on hand to ensure that care is available in case of any accidents or mishaps.
